The Orange Blimp below flown at turbine height is a real part of the picture
It was flown for the Druimba-Say No Campaign
This gave a real sense of the height of the proposed turbines at Glen Convinth

The other vertical lines illustrate the relative heights of other objects
Have you ever been on The London Eye?
Take a look at the image of The Houses of Parliament below this picture!
It was taken from the top of the London Eye
Now that's high!
But not as high as a 149.5 m turbine

'The blimp really highlighted the potential impact of the 100m high wind turbine structure and its visibility for miles around. After seeing the effect and impact of the blimp, it's use has to be a must for anyone objecting to a wind turbine proposal.'
Standingfauld Environmental Action Group.

'The blimps flown by the objecting Rule 6 parties could be seen from a considerable distance'
Report to the Secretary of State on Toft Hill Wind Farm Appeal.
